Rihanna has continued to anger fans after turning up to a gig in Monaco three hours late. The singer performed at the Monte Carlo Sporting Club & Casino at an event this week that cost attendees a reported $800.The show was supposed to begin at around 8.30 but it wasn't until hours later that Rihanna finally hit the stage. However, when she did turn up she looked white hot in tuxedo style dress, teamed with over the knee black boots and blinged-up necklace, and put on an energetic show.
